THE WINE TASTED ON BILL BAILEY’S WILD WEST AUSTRALIA
Our Bill Bailey Shiraz Cabernet was featured on Bill Bailey’s Wild West Australia series on the ABC in November 2023. Bill visited our winery and sampled our aptly named 2022 Bill Bailey Shiraz Cabernet with our winemaker Nathan Bailey. We're unsure whether there is any family connection – but we share the same family name - our Bill Bailey Shiraz Cabernet was named after late Uncle Bill.
It's one of our finest Margaret River wines with the 2020 vintage scoring 92 points from critic James Suckling.

Hand harvested off a small block of field blended Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon on our single site vineyard. The fruit is processed and fermented together to great a long lasting harmony between these two noble varities. The Bill Bailey is a dark and brooding wine. With aromas of cassis, dark plum and mulberries this follows through onto the palate where it is surrounded by graphite tannins and a lenghty finish.
